Review session analytics
Analytics shows transcript statistics and, when enabled, generated session summaries and findings.
Requires: Read access to the recording and an available transcript. Running server-generated modules requires write access and analytics enabled in the instance.
- Open the recording's editor and show Analytics.
- Open Session Overview or Speaker Statistics to inspect transcript-derived counts.
- For an available generated module, select Run and wait for completion.
- Review the summary or findings. Open linked segments to check them against the transcript and recording.
Available generated modules include session summary, therapy techniques and DBT validation. Availability depends on the instance's configured services.
Generated findings can be incorrect. Verify them against the source before using them in professional work. They do not establish a diagnosis or replace your assessment.
If results are absent
Check that the transcript exists and the module has completed. A disabled Run control can indicate missing write access. Use Retry after an error; if the error persists, give your administrator the module name, recording identifier and visible message.
If source text has changed, review existing results and use Re-run when needed.
