Export or translate a transcript

Download a reviewed transcript or create a translation.

Requires: Read access for downloading. Translation requires write access, a transcript and translation enabled in your instance.

Download

1. Open the recording and select Actions → Download.
2. Choose Download Subtitles Only (ZIP) for available subtitle files.
3. Choose Download All (Subs + video) if you also need the recording.
4. Open the ZIP and check its contents.

When there are no subtitle downloads, the dialog offers Download Recording. Subtitle exports include VTT files; inspect the transcript before sending them to colleagues.

Translate

1. Open the recording's translation control.
2. In Translate Transcription, choose Target Language.
3. Set email notifications if offered and needed.
4. Select Translate.
5. Wait for completion, then review the translated text against the source.

A disabled or absent translation control can mean the instance has disabled translation or your account lacks write access.
