Questionnaire appears too often
Requires: Read access to the person's assignments and questionnaire. Write access is needed to change them.
Check:
- Existing questionnaire assignments on the person. Repeated assignment creates additional schedules.
- Every schedule on the assignment. A custom schedule overrides the defaults; changing only the questionnaire may have no effect.
- Multiple clock times, fixed dates and Answer finally. These can add occurrences to recurrence.
- Interval, weekdays and the number of intakes. Use weekdays/time with zero interval for daily clock-time scheduling.
- Answers allowed any time. An available questionnaire is not necessarily a new scheduled occurrence.
- Automations that assign the questionnaire repeatedly. Inspect Executed automations and their conditions.
Change the existing assignment after identifying the source. Do not create another assignment to correct its timing.
For a timing mismatch, record the expected and displayed time, the person's time zone and whether local-time scheduling is enabled.
