Questionnaire is not visible

Requires: Access to the person and their assignments; write access for corrections.

Check:

1. The expected questionnaire appears in the person's Existing questionnaire assignments.
2. The assignment is for self-assessment if the person is expected to answer on their own device. Third party assignment belongs to a separate workflow.
3. The active schedule includes a due time within its grace window. Check custom assignment schedules before questionnaire defaults.
4. Start delay, end date, number of intakes and Don't disturb do not exclude the expected occurrence.
5. The occurrence has not already been completed. A submitted answer must meet the questionnaire's completion threshold to count as complete.
6. Home-screen visibility has not been disabled on the questionnaire or assignment. Absence from the home screen is different from absence of an assignment.
7. The phone is connected to the correct person's record and can reach the instance.

If a colleague cannot find the questionnaire, check their access rights and archived/search filters separately.

Still not working?

Collect the alias, questionnaire name, expected due time/time zone, assignment schedule and visible error. Do not send connection QR codes to support.
