Start with the troubleshooting page for the feature:

• Status: questionnaire missing, too frequent, unexpected calculation, empty panel.
• Cue: recording, reviewing a session, access.

For missing permissions or disabled features, contact your instance administrator.

For product support, contact support@vacay.dev. Include the product, task, expected and actual result, time of the problem and visible error. Use synthetic examples where possible. Do not email passwords, connection codes or identifiable session/assessment content.
